Karin Marrs Rettger, MBA, our President and Founder, has more than 25 years of experience representing and advising clients on employee benefit issues. Her expertise working with non-profit organizations has provided her with a background in working with employers that have special needs, challenges, and budgetary constraints. Because we’ve worked with more than 100 non-profit groups, she can offer insights and solutions other brokers can’t.

She is a member of the Profit Sharing Council of America, the Financial Planning Association, and National Tax Sheltered Annuity Association (NTSAA). She co-founded West Suburban WEB, an educational association for employee benefit professionals, and has served as Chapter President and National Vice President.

A recognized non-profit retirement plan expert, she has been a featured speaker on 403(b) Plan Regulations for both the Central Illinois Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administration (CISHHRA) and Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network.
